ABOUT ME
I love animals, nature, to be outside!
Often you find me in the mountains, by the river, in the woods, by the lake, in the snow, together with my dog Djeili, my camera, and maybe the one or other person.
Life had to offer me a lot so far. I had the chance to live in beautiful places, like Freiburg and Munich in Germany, Edinburgh in Scotland, and for the past nine years I have been living in Switzerland, first in Berne, then in Central Switzerland at Lake Lucerne, now in the little village Maienfeld, famous for Heidi.
For more than twenty years now I've been carrying a camera around with me all the time.
I taught photography to myself and started off with a lot of darkroom work in spite of being afraid of the dark!
It is hard for me to imagine what my life would be like without photography...
I used to work as a biochemist in all different kinds of positions in the pharma industry.
But I'm open to anything where I can let my creativity run wild.
